In this supportive, guided experience, we’ll shop together (in person or virtually), helping you make nourishing choices, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills for everyday food decisions.

    Shopping for clothes can be a triggering experience during eating disorder recovery. As your coach, I provide gentle, non-judgmental support during clothing store visits — helping you navigate body image thoughts, make practical choices, and reconnect with your sense of self-worth and comfort.

  • Exposure Support

    Eating out can feel intimidating in recovery — whether it’s ordering a fear food, trying something new, or simply being in a social food environment. As your recovery coach, I’ll support you through planned exposure experiences in cafés or restaurants, helping you challenge unhelpful thoughts, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward food freedom.
