Having someone who has walked this path before helping you go through the challenges makes navigating them much easier.
Information about the sessions:
Discovery call (15 min) with Charlotte to learn what you can expect in a session and ask all your questions
Sessions are held online via Zoom or in person depending on the situation
Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current situation and understanding your unique needs and goals
Weekly goals/homework are sent at the end of each session
Text or email support in between sessions to keep you on track at all times
If involved, collaboration with the treatment team
For younger ones: parent support available
Sessions last 60 min
